🔗

Leadsie (One-Click Access)

Grant access to Google and Meta platforms with a single link — no manual steps required.

Why We Need This

Leadsie automates the entire access-granting process. Instead of navigating settings on 5 different platforms, you click one link and approve access to everything at once. It's the fastest way to get started.

Before You Start

  • Admin access to the Google/Meta accounts you want to connect
  • The Leadsie link we send you (check your email)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Open the Leadsie Link

Check your email for a message from Findable containing your unique Leadsie link. Click it to open.

2

Sign In to Google

You'll be prompted to sign in with the Google account that owns your ads, analytics, and business profile. Select the correct account.

3

Approve Google Access

Review the list of Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and click "Approve" for each one.

4

Sign In to Meta

Next, you'll be prompted to sign in to Facebook/Meta. Use the account that manages your business pages and ad accounts.

5

Approve Meta Access

Review the Meta platforms (Business Manager, Ad Account, Page) and click "Approve" for each.

6

Done!

That's it. We'll receive a notification and start setting up your campaigns. You'll get a confirmation email from us.

Troubleshooting

You need to be an admin on the accounts you're connecting. If someone else owns the account, ask them to either complete the Leadsie process or grant you admin access first.

Leadsie links expire after 7 days. Let us know and we'll send a fresh one.

The link is customized to what we need. If a platform is missing, it may mean we already have access or don't need it for your campaign.

FAQ

Yes. Leadsie is an official partner tool used by thousands of agencies. It uses OAuth — meaning you approve access through Google and Meta's own login screens. We never see your password.

Absolutely. You can remove our access at any time from your Google or Meta account settings. We'll also walk you through it if you ever want to.

📊

Google Ads

Add our Manager Account (MCC) to your Google Ads. Includes troubleshooting for domain restrictions.

Why We Need This

Adding our Manager Account (MCC) lets us manage your campaigns, adjust budgets, create ads, and optimize performance — without needing your personal login. You stay in full control and can revoke access anytime.

Before You Start

  • A Google Ads account (even if brand new)
  • Admin access to your Google Ads account
  • Our Manager Account ID: 754-501-3896

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Sign in to Google Ads

Go to ads.google.com and sign in with the Google account that owns your ads.

2

Open Account Settings

Click the Admin icon (wrench/gear) in the left sidebar, then select "Access and security".

3

Go to the Managers tab

At the top of the Access and Security page, click the "Managers" tab.

4

Click the + button

Click the blue "+" button to link a new manager account.

5

Enter our Manager Account ID

Type in our MCC ID: 754-501-3896 and click "Send".

6

We accept on our end

We'll receive the request and accept it — usually within the hour. You'll see our account appear in the Managers tab.

Troubleshooting

Google Ads limits each account to 5 manager accounts. Go to the Managers tab and remove any old/unused agencies, then try again.

Some accounts have domain restrictions. Go to Admin → Access and security → Security tab. Under "Manager account domains," add getfindable.com to the allowed list.

Make sure you're signed in with the account that has Admin access. If you're using a manager account yourself, switch to the individual account first.

FAQ

No. Manager access lets us manage campaigns but doesn't expose your payment method details.

Yes. When linking, you can choose between Standard and Admin access levels. We recommend Admin for full optimization capability.

📍

Google Local Services Ads (LSA)

Add us as a manager to your Local Services Ads profile for lead management and optimization.

Why We Need This

LSA runs separately from Google Ads. Granting us access lets us manage your leads, optimize your profile, adjust budget, and handle dispute reviews.

Before You Start

  • An active LSA profile
  • Owner access to your LSA account
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Local Services Ads

Visit ads.google.com/localservices and sign in.

2

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select "Users".

3

Add a new user

Click "+ Add user" and enter our email: team@getfindable.com.

4

Set role to Manager

Select "Manager" as the role. This gives us the access needed to optimize your LSA profile.

5

Send the invitation

Click "Invite". We'll accept the invitation and get started.

Troubleshooting

You may not have Owner-level access. Check with whoever originally set up your LSA profile.

We may already have access from a previous setup. Let us know and we'll verify on our end.

FAQ

No. LSA is a separate platform with its own budget, leads, and verification process. You may have both running simultaneously.

🏢

Google Business Profile

Add us as a manager to your Google Business Profile so we can optimize your local presence.

Why We Need This

Your Google Business Profile (GBP) powers your appearance in Google Maps, the Local Pack, and Knowledge Panel. We need manager access to optimize your listing, respond to reviews, add posts, and ensure NAP consistency.

Before You Start

  • A verified Google Business Profile
  • Owner or Manager access to your GBP
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Google Business Profile Manager

Visit business.google.com and sign in.

2

Select your business

If you have multiple locations, click on the one you want to grant us access to.

3

Open Users

Click the three-dot menu (⋮)"Business Profile settings""People and access".

4

Add a new user

Click the "Add" button and enter our email: team@getfindable.com.

5

Set role to Manager

Select "Manager" from the role dropdown. This gives us editing access without owner-level controls.

6

Send invitation

Click "Invite". We'll accept and begin optimizing your listing.

Troubleshooting

Google occasionally moves this setting. Try searching for your business at business.google.com, clicking the three-dot menu, and looking for 'Business Profile settings'.

Your GBP must be verified before you can add users. Google usually mails a postcard or sends a phone verification. Let us know if you need help with this.

FAQ

Owners can add/remove users and delete the listing. Managers can edit info, reply to reviews, add posts, and update photos. Manager access is all we need.

📈

Google Analytics (GA4)

Grant us Editor access to your GA4 property so we can set up tracking, goals, and reporting.

Why We Need This

GA4 access lets us set up conversion tracking, create custom reports, configure audiences for remarketing, and monitor your website performance to inform ad optimizations.

Before You Start

  • A GA4 property set up for your website
  • Admin or Editor access to GA4
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Google Analytics

Visit analytics.google.com and sign in.

2

Open Admin settings

Click the gear icon (Admin) in the bottom-left corner.

3

Select your property

In the Property column, make sure the correct property is selected.

4

Go to Property Access Management

Under the Property column, click "Property access management".

5

Add our email

Click the blue "+" button → "Add users". Enter team@getfindable.com.

6

Set role to Editor

Select "Editor" from the role dropdown. Uncheck "Notify new users by email" if you prefer. Click "Add".

Troubleshooting

Universal Analytics was sunset in July 2023. If you don't have a GA4 property, let us know — we'll set one up for you at no extra charge.

You may only have Viewer access. The person who originally set up GA4 would need to grant you Admin access first, or add us directly.

FAQ

Editors can create/edit reports, set up conversions, and configure audiences. Admins can also manage users and delete the property. Editor is all we need.

🔍

Google Search Console

Add us as a user to your Search Console property for SEO monitoring and technical optimization.

Why We Need This

Search Console shows how Google crawls and indexes your site. We use it to monitor keyword rankings, fix indexing issues, submit sitemaps, and identify technical SEO opportunities.

Before You Start

  • A verified Search Console property for your website
  • Owner access to the property
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Search Console

Visit search.google.com/search-console and sign in.

2

Select your property

Choose the correct property from the dropdown in the top-left.

3

Open Settings

Click "Settings" in the left sidebar.

4

Go to Users and permissions

Click "Users and permissions".

5

Add user

Click "Add user", enter team@getfindable.com, and set permission to "Full".

6

Click Add

Confirm and we'll have access immediately — no acceptance needed on our end.

Troubleshooting

You may not have Owner access. Only Owners can add users with Full permission. Check with whoever verified the property originally.

Let us know — we'll help you verify your property. It usually takes just a few minutes with a DNS record or HTML tag.

FAQ

Full users can see all data and take actions like submitting URLs for indexing. Restricted users can only view some data. We need Full access.

🏷️

Google Tag Manager

Add us to your GTM container so we can manage tracking tags, pixels, and conversion events.

Why We Need This

Google Tag Manager is where all your tracking lives — Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel, GA4 events, and more. We need access to set up and maintain accurate tracking for your campaigns.

Before You Start

  • A GTM account and container for your website
  • Admin access to the GTM container
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Tag Manager

Visit tagmanager.google.com and sign in.

2

Select your container

Click on the container for your website.

3

Open Admin

Click "Admin" in the top menu.

4

Go to Container settings → User Management

Under the Container column, click "User Management".

5

Add our email

Click the "+" button → "Add user". Enter team@getfindable.com.

6

Set permissions

Set Container permission to "Publish". This lets us create, edit, and publish tags. Click "Invite".

Troubleshooting

Check your website's source code (right-click → View Page Source) and search for 'googletagmanager'. If it's there, you have GTM. If not, we can set it up.

Each container is usually for a different website. Pick the one matching your primary domain. If unsure, share your website URL and we'll help identify the right one.

FAQ

GA4 collects and reports on data. GTM is the tool that installs GA4 (and other tracking scripts) on your website. Think of GTM as the container and GA4 as one of the tools inside it.

📱

Meta Business Manager

Add us as a partner in Meta Business Manager to manage your ad account, pixel, and pages.

Why We Need This

Meta Business Manager is the hub for all your Facebook and Instagram business assets. Adding us as a partner gives us the access we need to run ads, manage your pixel, and optimize campaigns — all without sharing login credentials.

Before You Start

  • A Meta Business Manager account
  • Admin access to your Business Manager
  • Our Business Manager ID: We'll provide this via email

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Meta Business Settings

Visit business.facebook.com/settings and sign in.

2

Navigate to Partners

In the left sidebar under "Users", click "Partners".

3

Click Add

Click the "Add" button in the Partner section.

4

Enter our Business Manager ID

Select "Give a partner access to your assets". Enter the Business Manager ID we provided in your onboarding email.

5

Assign assets

You'll see a list of your assets (Ad Accounts, Pages, Pixels). Toggle on the ones you want us to manage and set each to "Manage" access level.

6

Confirm

Click "Save Changes". We'll receive access immediately.

Troubleshooting

You can create one at business.facebook.com. You'll need a personal Facebook account to get started. Let us know if you need help setting it up.

Make sure you're in Business Settings (not Ads Manager). Go to business.facebook.com/settings directly. The Partners option is under Users in the left sidebar.

Only Business Manager Admins can add partners. Check your role under Business Settings → People. If you're not an Admin, ask someone who is to add us.

FAQ

Partners connect two Business Managers together (yours and ours). This is the professional way for agencies to work — we get controlled access without being individual users on your account.

At minimum: your Ad Account, Facebook Page, and Pixel. If you have an Instagram account connected, share that too. We'll let you know if anything is missing.

👍

Meta / Facebook Page Access

Grant us access to your Facebook Page for ads that run from your business identity.

Why We Need This

We need Page access so your ads run from your business's Facebook Page — not ours. This builds your brand recognition and lets us create ads that look native to your business.

Before You Start

  • Admin access to your Facebook Business Page
  • Our email or Facebook profile info (we'll provide)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to your Facebook Page

Navigate to your business Facebook Page.

2

Open Page Settings

Click "Settings" (or "Manage""Page access" in the new Pages experience).

3

Go to Page Access or People and Roles

Look for "Page access" or "People with Facebook access".

4

Add new person

Click "Add new" and enter the name or email we provided.

5

Set access level

Grant full control of the Page. This is necessary for ad creation and management.

6

Confirm

The person will receive a notification to accept. Once accepted, we can run ads from your Page.

Troubleshooting

Meta has been rolling out a "New Pages Experience." The settings location differs. If you can't find Page Access, try: Page → Professional Dashboard → Page access.

In the new experience, you'll see task-based permissions. Make sure to enable: Ads, Content, Messages, and Community activity.

FAQ

We can, but we only do so as part of an agreed content strategy. We won't post anything without your approval.

💰

Meta Ad Account Access

Share your Meta ad account with our Business Manager so we can create and optimize campaigns.

Why We Need This

Your Ad Account is where campaigns live and billing is managed. Sharing it with our Business Manager lets us create, manage, and optimize your Meta ad campaigns while you maintain ownership and billing control.

Before You Start

  • A Meta ad account (in Business Manager)
  • Admin access to Business Manager
  • Access already granted via Partner setup (see Meta Business Manager guide above)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Business Settings

Visit business.facebook.com/settings.

2

Click Ad Accounts

In the left sidebar under "Accounts", click "Ad accounts".

3

Select your ad account

Click on the ad account you want to share.

4

Go to Partners tab

In the ad account details panel, click the "Partners" tab.

5

Assign partner

If you've already added us as a Partner (from the Business Manager guide), you'll see our Business Manager listed. Toggle the ad account access to "Manage campaigns".

6

Save

Click "Save Changes". We now have campaign management access to this ad account.

Troubleshooting

You may need to add us as a Partner first (see the Meta Business Manager guide above). The Partners tab only appears after the partner relationship is established.

You'll need to move it to Business Manager first. Go to Business Settings → Ad Accounts → Add → 'Claim an ad account.' Enter the ad account ID.

FAQ

No. We manage campaigns and optimization. Billing and payment methods are controlled by the account owner. We never see your payment details.

🌐

WordPress Admin Access

Create an admin account for us on your WordPress site so we can install tracking and make updates.

Why We Need This

WordPress admin access lets us install tracking pixels, optimize page speed, set up conversion tracking, manage plugins, and make updates to landing pages — all essential for campaign performance.

Before You Start

  • Admin access to your WordPress dashboard
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Log in to WordPress

Go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin and sign in with your admin credentials.

2

Go to Users

In the left sidebar, click "Users""Add New User".

• First Name: Findable
• Last Name: Team

4

Set role to Administrator

In the Role dropdown, select "Administrator".

5

Send invitation

Check "Send the new user an email" and click "Add New User". We'll receive login instructions via email.

Troubleshooting

Try yourdomain.com/wp-login.php. If that doesn't work, your host may have changed the login URL for security. Check with your hosting provider.

On the login page, click 'Lost your password?' and enter your email. If that doesn't work, your hosting provider can reset it.

Contact your web developer or hosting provider. They can either add us directly or elevate your access level.

FAQ

Only what's needed for campaign performance — like adding tracking codes or optimizing landing pages. We always discuss major changes before making them.

🛍️

Shopify Collaborator Access

Send us a collaborator request so we can manage tracking, product feeds, and ad integrations.

Why We Need This

Shopify collaborator access lets us install tracking pixels, set up product feeds for Shopping ads, optimize your theme for conversions, and integrate with Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.

Before You Start

  • Shopify store owner or staff access
  • Our collaborator request code: We'll provide this

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Shopify Admin

Log in to your Shopify admin at yourstorename.myshopify.com/admin.

2

Navigate to Settings → Users

Click "Settings" in the bottom-left, then "Users and permissions".

3

Go to Collaborators

Scroll down to the "Collaborators" section.

4

Add collaborator

Click "Add collaborator account" and enter the request code we provided.

5

Set permissions

Grant us access to: Products, Online Store, Apps, Settings, Analytics. These are needed for ad feed management and tracking setup.

6

Send request

Click "Save". We'll receive the invite and get started.

Troubleshooting

This feature is available on all Shopify plans. Make sure you're the store owner (not just staff). Only the owner can add collaborators.

Collaborator request codes expire. Let us know and we'll generate a new one.

FAQ

No. Collaborator accounts are specifically designed for agencies and developers. We can't access your billing info, make purchases, or change your Shopify plan.

Add us as a contributor to your Wix site for tracking installation and landing page optimization.

Why We Need This

Wix contributor access lets us add tracking codes, optimize landing pages, and configure integrations needed for your ad campaigns.

Before You Start

  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Go to Wix Dashboard

Sign in at wix.com/account/sites.

5

Set role to Admin

Select the "Admin" role to ensure we have the access needed for tracking and optimization.

6

Send invite

Click "Invite". We'll accept and begin working.

Troubleshooting

Some collaboration features require a premium plan. If you're on the free plan, you may need to share login credentials directly (use a secure method like a password manager share).

FAQ

Yes, Admin access allows editing. We'll only make changes related to your campaign — like adding tracking pixels or optimizing landing pages. All changes are discussed first.

◼️

Squarespace Access

Invite us as a contributor to your Squarespace site for tracking and page optimization.

Why We Need This

Squarespace contributor access lets us add tracking codes, set up conversion events, and make landing page optimizations to improve your campaign performance.

Before You Start

  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Send invite

Click "Send Invite". We'll accept and get started.

Troubleshooting

In newer Squarespace versions, it may be under Settings → Team. The location varies slightly between Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1.

FAQ

Code Injection is Squarespace's way of letting you add custom code (like tracking pixels) without modifying templates. It's in Settings → Advanced → Code Injection. We need this to install tracking.

🌍

GoDaddy Delegate Access

Grant us delegate access to manage your domain's DNS settings without sharing your login.

Why We Need This

DNS access lets us point your domain to new hosting, set up email authentication (SPF/DKIM), configure SSL, and verify your site with Google Search Console — all without needing your GoDaddy password.

Before You Start

  • A GoDaddy account with your domain
  • Account owner access
  • Our Delegate email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Sign in to GoDaddy

Go to godaddy.com and sign in.

2

Go to Account Settings

Click your name/icon in the top-right corner → "Account Settings".

3

Open Delegate Access

Click "Delegate Access" in the left sidebar.

4

Invite a delegate

Click "Invite to Access".

5

Enter our info

Enter team@getfindable.com as the delegate's email. Set access level to "Products, Domains & Purchase" so we can manage DNS records.

6

Send invitation

Click "Send Invitation". We'll accept via email.

Troubleshooting

This feature requires a GoDaddy account (not a reseller account). If your domain was purchased through a reseller, you may need to contact them for DNS access.

Unfortunately, GoDaddy's delegate access doesn't have a DNS-only option. The "Products, Domains & Purchase" level is the minimum needed. We will only modify DNS records relevant to your campaign.

FAQ

No. Delegate access doesn't allow domain transfers. Only the account owner can initiate a transfer, which also requires a separate authorization code.

☁️

Cloudflare Access

Add us as a member to your Cloudflare account for DNS management and performance optimization.

Why We Need This

Cloudflare manages your DNS, SSL, and CDN. We need access to update DNS records, configure SSL settings, and optimize caching rules for your website performance.

Before You Start

  • A Cloudflare account with your domain
  • Super Administrator access
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Sign in to Cloudflare

Go to dash.cloudflare.com and sign in.

2

Go to Members

Click "Manage Account" in the left sidebar → "Members".

3

Invite member

Click "Invite" and enter team@getfindable.com.

4

Set role

Select "Administrator" role. This gives us DNS and configuration access.

5

Send invitation

Click "Invite". We'll accept via email and can begin DNS management.

Troubleshooting

Member invitations are available on all plans, including free. If you don't see the option, make sure you're clicking on the account level (not a specific domain's settings).

FAQ

Cloudflare sits between your visitors and your hosting server. It handles DNS (where your domain points), CDN (speed), and security (DDoS protection). Your hosting is where your actual website files live.

📋

Domain Registrars

General guide for granting DNS access on other registrars (Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).

Why We Need This

If your domain is with a registrar not listed above (Namecheap, Google Domains, Hover, etc.), this general guide covers the common steps to grant us DNS access.

Before You Start

  • Login access to your domain registrar
  • Knowledge of which registrar you use (check your domain renewal emails)
  • Our email: team@getfindable.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Identify your registrar

Not sure who hosts your domain? Go to lookup.icann.org, enter your domain, and look for the "Registrar" field.

2

Sign in to your registrar

Log in to your account at your registrar's website.

3

Find the domain management area

Look for "Domains", "My Domains", or "Domain List" in your dashboard.

4

Look for sharing or access settings

Check for options like "Share Management", "Invite Users", "Team Members", or "Delegate Access".

5

Add our email

Enter team@getfindable.com with DNS management permissions.

6

Alternative: Share DNS credentials

If your registrar doesn't support user invitations, you can securely share your login credentials with us using a password manager or encrypted message. We'll only access DNS settings.

Troubleshooting

Check your email for past domain renewal notices — they'll show which registrar you're with. You can then use the password reset flow on their site.

Some smaller registrars don't have user invitation features. In that case, securely share your login credentials with us. We recommend using a tool like 1Password or sending credentials via a secure, expiring link.

FAQ

Typically: A records (to point to hosting), CNAME records (for subdomains), TXT records (for domain verification and email authentication), and MX records (only if setting up email). We won't make changes without informing you.

We can help facilitate a domain transfer if needed, but it requires your explicit authorization and an EPP/authorization code that only you can request from your current registrar.
